If you took it's precursor, Oblivion, as an example of how many delays would be required to make a game by Bethesda completely bug-free then we'd be waiting another 10 years or so.

Found it, but it won't download because of a "Steam error 16". When it tries to download a notification pops up and nothing happens.
My download worked fine.
