i've heard it's mediocre for DLC, so probably not if that's true
i think it just adds like a few weapons and one new quest line but i don't really know.

for consoles it is because they don't have mod support
for us it's not because you can just get mods for crossbows and arrow crafting and dragonbone weapons
and lycanthropy branch enhancements

im a huge fan of stores and fences having infin money, so i can sell all my loot to them without having to travel around the world to do so.
its more a fix from wasting time then a cheat

Like in Oblivion, where all merchants have a set amount of gold as the limit but can spend at this limit all they want, or like in Fable where you can sell any item of any value as much as you want?

im fine with stores only accepting certain things. but i hate the gold limit that every store owner has. if i have 50 loot i wanna dump on em i dont want to be told nope till tomorrow.

it seems handicapped to wait some game hours, or travel to another town to unload junk. its not good gameplay

Considering current news, they were holding back PC version until they could get PS3 version to work right. But they realized that this was causing a LOT of trouble, and people were loosing interest, so they simple released it as they had been given the go-ahead long before and admitted they were having stuffty problems getting it to work on PS3.
