Bottlenecking quite bad with that GPU on an old Athlon.
And that PSU there is the one I meant. It's adequate for the cards I mentioned.

Look at CPU and see what it says.

EDIT: You pass minimum but do not meet recommended.

Minimum is dual core 2.0 GHz and you're at 3.0 GHz. That means you should be fine at medium or low settings. Most likely medium at your resolution.

Either way, I tried playing it and I turned ALL my settings down to low, still got about 11 FPS.

With the dual core 3.0? Then that would be because of integrated graphics you have.

And yes with the other things, due to CPU bottlenecking, you'll be stuck at medium settings, maybe a tad higher on some things at your resolution.

Yes, as I said before, this is due to CPU bottlenecking.

No matter if you have the best GPU on the market, costing 700 dollars, you'll still be stuck at medium or so due to your CPU.

Just upgrade your GPU and PSU.

Then later on upgrade your CPU.
