The people running past confused me. "I don't even know who these people are..." I muttered.

Fine.

I woke up to a bit of pain in various places on my body and Candy scratching at the ladder up to the hatch. I looked around the room, Max was no where to be found.

"Max, where did you go?" I call out. I didn't expect a response, as I assume he had went outside.

I walk over to the ladder where Candy was scratching and pet her before deciding to head up myself, possibly scavenge a nearby building perhaps.

I pulled my mask over my face and climbed up the ladder into the wastes, shutting the hatch once I was out.

"Good to see those men have passed by, still wonder where they went though..." I mutter to myself as I begin to walk out into the wastes, looking for a building that might have something of use inside of it.

I began to look inside a relatively stable building. Inside was medicine, must've been a pharmacy or something. I grabbed some of it, putting it inside a backpack I had found, which was full of supplies too.

i walk into an abandoned gun store. i find some crappy useless guns but i am lucky to find dual mk16's perfect and working with ammo packs by them

I walked through the city, and noticed a music store. The door was locked, but I easily picked it with my knife.

The man exited, so I calmed myself.
I grabbed some pills, tucked them in my jacket, and started jogging to the bunker.

I walked into an adjacent building, looking for more supplies. I couldn't find much, just building materials. I did take a few, hoping to make some weapons with the stuff, and continued to look for other stuff in the next building. It used to be an IKEA, so I went to the nearest section with knives, and tape, and used some of the crap I took to make a spear out of 1/2" PVC piping and a few knives.
"Now all I need is a war horse, and some shining armor."

The man exited, so I calmed myself.
I grabbed some pills, tucked them in my jacket, and started jogging to the bunker.

PILLZ HERE

An acoustic guitar, like the one I used to have, sat lonely by itself. I started strumming and singing the song 'Blue Skies' to myself. "Every day I wake up unsure... of the tasks the day will bring... yesterday's disappointments... keep remindin' me... Tomorrow's surely coming... just as sure as the air I breathe... but I know I'll get through it... I have what I need. I have so far to go... and only heaven knows..." I sighed and put the guitar down. I wanted to take it, but I didn't want to steal.

After a little bit of walking I found what looks to be a grocery store, although it's most likely looted I decide to check anyway. I walk inside and look around. Exactly as I had thought, most of the useful stuff was gone, but there was still a bit of canned foods they have missed.

I picked up two cans of beans and put them in my backpack, when I hear an odd hissing noise. I draw my pistol and aim it in the direction of the sound. I waited, and just when I began to lower my aim something came around the corner. It was a cross between a rattle snake and a coyote, a Nightstalker.

It dashed towards me, I fired at it, hitting it in the chest. Despite it's wound it kept coming, it leaped towards me and bit me in the arm. I shove it off and quickly pull out my Combat Knife, stabbing it in the throat.

"stuff stuff stuff..." I said, realizing that there was now venom coursing through my veins. If left untreated, it could prove fatal. I had to get back to the bunker.

Upon falling into my bunker, Candy started licking my countless times.
"Down girl!" I shouted as I pushed her away.
I set the pills on the table and started making some stuff.
