need a dirt cheap chassi that's roomy and keeps my stuff nice and cool, it doesnt have to look good either
Budget?
Size?

this?

That shows stuff all.
Do a DXDIAG and post entire contents of the first tab and the display tab.

atx full tower from a trusted brand, as cheap as possible
and by the way, changing chassis is as simple as dragging out the stuff from my current and slap 'em in a new one? i dont need a sorcerer to assist me or something like that?

Do you have any idea how big a full tower actually is? A mid-tower would be MORE than adequate unless you need 8 harddrives or plan to have a dual loop water cooling setup.

i'll go with a midtower then since they tend to be cheaper

Full? They are huge.
Mid are pretty big tbh. Make sure you need full before I look.
And it's relatively hard. It's not as hard as building the whole system again as there are some things you don't have to disassemble, but it's close.

yeah midtower sounds about right then, as long as i can cool the inside properly

Never posted my build:
Anthlon II x4 645 3.1 ghz
nVidia GTS 450
4gb ram 1333
320gb hardrive 5400RPM(Terrible I know)
Ultra 550w power supply

I'm planning on upgrading the cpu to a AMD Phenom II X6 1090T and my graphics to a amd 6870. Also gonna put another 4gb stick of ram soon too.

All in this case.

I'm on it.

Not sure about whether I should be worried but rather recently the screen started flickering (selective areas, sometimes a window would flicker over another in the wrong scale, etc). I tried to shut it down but it had to update first. I gave it 45 minutes, but it was still stuck in the first update with no HDD activity, so I forcibly shut it down. Then I took a look inside it, rearranged some cables and installed an extra 8GB of RAM. When I turned it on again Chrome had for whatever reason decided to forget my extensions and my theme. Should I be worried?
