koopa suggest a stupid way of doing it

just type dxdiag into the run program thing or the command prompt
if you have windows 7 (and possibly vista and even possibly xp, I don't know) you can also just type it into the start menu search bar and hit enter
all of my computers say "System Manufacturer" and "System Model" through DXdiag
but if it does display it go straight ahead
psu, mobo, slots or total wattage
that's why he's looking it up i'm assuming

Reg start won't work as it just quits.

And I've been sitting letting it run startup repair for a while

What do I do ?

Let the repair finish.

Check your SATA cables to make sure they are compatible/ hooked in right.

Another thing you might have to do is update the BIOS on your motherboard so it becomes compatible/ updates drivers needed to use your HDD properly

Doesn't look mechanical.
I really prefer mechanical keyboards.

Changed a few if my BIOS settings, reconnected my Sata cables, booted up with windows and it runs fine.

Now I'm mad that I loving burned out my optical drive

I have the Razer Black Widow :)

I have the Razer Black Widow :)

That thing is a fingerprint magnet. I don't like the plastic feel :/

I'm pretty sure most keyboards have a plastic feel. I don't really have trouble with fingerprints with mine, either. Black Widow is a really nice mechanical keyboard, but as with all Razer products, it's a bit more expensive.
