A Dell that sucks and will crash 10 times a month.

I mean, like where is the ram, psu and all that stuff

Post a picture with your camera looking to the side of what is under that black thing.

The box in the upper right is your PSU, the upper card on the bottom right is probably your GPU and the card under that is probably your sound card.
The two horizontal sticks on the top is your RAM and under that black box is probably your CPU considering I cannot see it anywhere else.

Which motherboard is better?

OR

Base it on features please :D

The 990x is the newer chipset, and if you dint plan on sli or crossfire theres not much of a difference.

990X Am3+ hands down.
Do remember that only the Gigabyte one is compatible with Zambezi processors, the Asus isn't. Hence the 990x chipset on the Gigabyte.

Can the board unlock cores?

Can the board unlock cores?
I don't know, since I haven't owned it.
A google search should reveal.

Nope.
You have to take many things into consideration.
Is your power supply good/high enough wattage to support the new GPU?
Does your motherboard have one free PCI-E 2.0 16x slot?
Is your case big enough to house a 10 or so inch long card?
Also, this one is better and cheaper:

How do I know if my power supply is good enough?
My motherboard has 4 PCI-E 2.0 16x slots.
And here's my computer case:

Open up your case and look on the side of the PSU. It should have the wattage, brand and model.
I will need to know the wattage and model so I can tell whether or not it will support it.
Are you sure that your mobo has 4 PCI-E slots? What is your motherboard model? It is rare unless you bought a high end mobo.
It looks like your case is a micro ATX. To be sure whether or not it would fit a 6850, I'd definitely measure the length parallel to the top PCI-E lane, from the rear PCI brackets to the nearest thing opposite.

Does a Case purchased off the Internet have a Bootloader installed? (Or if Im using incorrect terminology, Im talking about the power button)
