The GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 is better, and is $110 after rebate, normally $160:

Here's a review comparing some Z68 boards, the XP wins out:

Seagates are good quality.

I wouldn't trust them. They released the 7200.11 earlier version of their Barracudas, and nearly 40% - 60% of the hard drives sold failed.

I don't think you know what you're talking about right now. Im using 2 monitors right now, one is a primary  so you play games only on that one. I normally have internet browser up on the other. 2 monitors and 3 monitors are completely different. For an amd card to have 3 you need to use either 2 cards or a display port.

What he's saying is running two monitors for one display, like eyefinity. Also, this:

EDIT: Damnit I keep on double posting :c

I believe he is just saying for normal use, as 2 monitor eyefinity isn't very good TBH. A split down the middle.

Exactly what I was saying. 2 monitors would not be good, and not worth it.

But it'd be good for splitting the screens so you can multi task.

Yeah.
On my main system I have 4 monitors running at 1080p. Depending on my mood:
First monitor, on my left: Music
Second monitor, in front of me: Game (windowed borderless for alt-tabbing function)
Third monitor, to the right of me: Web browser
Fourth monitor, to the very right: Mixed (graphics (Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Dreamweaver, whatever) and/or folders or chat or whatever)

Or, if I feel like it:
1,2,3: Eyefinity game.
4: Everything else.

I must say I really love having multi monitors.
A friend took a photo of them on his iPhone, I'll try and get a hold of it if possible.

Anyway, point being, eyefinity is only good for 3 monitors, or 5, or 7. Odd numbers so there are no bezels.

Have you actually even built a computer yet? Alot of the stuff you're spewing is pretty biased.

Yes, I've built a friend's computer before, nothing that special, but I have experience.

And I'm wording it wrong.

2 monitors in EYEFINITY/Both in one display for gaming = bad imo. Due to the fact of the big black split in the middle of your display (Both sides of each monitor)

2 monitors for general use (I.E, one used for one thing, the other for another), is good, as you can multi-task, and be more arranged in what you use for what.

What I basically mean is that if you're hoping to use something like an Eyefinity setup (Using 2 monitors for one display in total), then it won't be that good.

however, if you want to use 2 monitors seperately for your system, it should be fine to use it.

i'm still shaky on the i3, but i guess it's cheaper to get that than the AMD.

the AMD is a power whore compared to the i3, but i've found some benchmarks that had the AMD, and it exceeded the i7-2600K.

i just don't know.

I think that when someone asks if a system will support dual monitors you can pretty solidly assume that they aren't planning on gaming across them.

lol, like what. The 2600k is more powerful than any amd cpu if i'm not mistaken. I think the 2500k is on par with the best amd cpu actually and thats the 8 core one

You have to keep in mind the design and the architecture of processors, not just their clock speeds or amount of cores when buying them.
