He means cooler as in CPU heatsink and some thermal paste will be necessary.
Can you afford to get this instead:
http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=47459&vpn=HDZ955FBGMBOX&manufacture=AMD&promoid=1368
?
It comes with a heatsink and thermal paste preapplied.

That's right.
Mind posting everything here so I can double check that everything is high quality/compatible?

It appears to be fine to build.
All parts seem to be of quality.

Everything looks compatible.
Suggestion; get this video card instead:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102940
It's the same exact core (same power, pretty much same video card) but it's newer so it has better DX11 support (tessellation etc) and it comes with a free copy of Dirt 3.

Thanks for this. One more thing, can you find me a processor about the same price as that one, but from newegg? I'd rather not buy from two different websites.

Thank you!
So with that processor instead of the other one, I'm all set?

You should be, lots of promising reviews and people have even unlocked the processor to an X6.

Got my new 6950, works great. Maxing out everything I've tried so far, Just Cause 2, Rise of Flight. I'm going to try Skyrim later when it updates but I expect it to work perfectly. But There's just one concern.
Is this my GPU making artifacts or the game glitching? It's really bothering me. This is with with stock clocks.
I don't think Print Screen picks up artifacts. Also, it's running in windowed mode because Print Screen didn't like working on fullscreen. :o
