My mother recently received a very large tax rebate and has decided to spend some of it on a new gaming PC for me. My budget is 1400$ and I was hoping to get a computer that could run a game like Skyrim on max settings with high definition texture packs and performance enhancers. Do you think you could help me out?

For $1400 you wont need performance enhancers.

By performance enhancers I meant mods like war zones? I don't know why I said performance enhancers in hindsight.

I'm thinking of replacing my PSU on my dead PC. I really think it would be better than keeping a even older pc for until I get enough money. So, my dead PSU is a Enermax SFC ATX 12v Ver 1.3
AC Input is 115v/230V~

So, can anyone list a replacement PSU?
