GTX580 idling at a chilly 22 Celsius ..

thanks to canada being cold as a motherforgeter all I have to do is open my window and everything is icy cold

I could seriously see my breath in the air. in my room.

Do people genuinely sit in the cold to ensure their computer is cold?

i generally shove my laptop into the freezer when it would overheat, but i don't think i'm so self sacrificing as to go outside....

My 670 idles at 25 when my room is at a normal temp

my 7850 was around 18c on idle and I didn't even have the iceq setup

In a room that is generally "warm" and my computer sitting in a corner, it stays around 30°C on medial tasks.

It's winter so I have to keep my room warm and get higher than summertime temperatures :(

no but my house is always too hot so I open the window. canada is frozen right now so it gets cold inside. my computer just happens to be in my room.
