The general stuff-eating bandwagon that loves everything IW throws at them, the seriously outdated engine, and the fact that it's just a "chop/shop/sell" marketing strategy.

I loved how almost nobody is even talking about MW3 anymore though, BF3 completely overshadowed it.

They basically ruined the gameplay of it. Multiplayer is the same thing, and Campaign doesn't get much better. I liked the old CoD's better.

Which is why if you like the simple pleasures of CoD, you'll play that; while if you want to yell yourself hoarse at the support players who aren't dropping ammo, you'll play BF3.
Destructible environments aren't even worth mentioning.
