In PAYDAY:The Heist, the Civilians will get on the ground after you yelling like 3 times, and then will stand up whenever the area is under heavy fire. If you're nearby its considered your fault if they died, whether it was you or the police that shot them.

Posting this through Steam. Fallout 3. Head of the State quest. Cleared the slavers out before starting. Now Hannibal and the slaves walk to the memorial. Then walk back to the Temple. And back. And forth. And in an endless loop. Also, while waiting for them to show up (again), an odd thing happened. A caravan guard made a beeline in the opposite direction of their caravan. I followed her running for a good half-hour, and she took me around the map and now refuses to move in Uncle Roe's apartment at Canterbury Commons.

they give you cheap stuff like the stuff that one dude is selling for like 3 caps near one of the entrances (ex. squirrel on a stick, Salisbury steak, etc.). 3 caps isnt worth the trouble to sell it when you have 250k+ caps..?
