The Mini-Nuke wasn't really dead, a lot of people still have it.  Same story with the Ion Cannon.

I said Ion Cannon and Mini-Nuke, not the Ion Launcher.

The weapon is scripted so that even though it is essentially made from two fail-binned addons, the final script does not break anything. The projectile is fine, as it's supposed to be overpowered in the first place.

Could use a decent model though.
