What's happening?

Some morons who are balding want to do something that can easily piss off the most aggressive consumer base in the entire world to a very dangerous point.

you didn't know something

HOW DARE YOU NOT KNOW SOMETHING

I would suggest using Tor if you want to stay anonymous on the internet. It is rather hard to set up though, and could cause some problems with your browser, so I would only recommend it for advanced users.

if this happens there'll be a few people get killed with a spoon

If Illegal drugs, guns, and other contraband are sold on the streets, I guess we will start seeing people selling access to some sort of unrestricted network out in the dark alleys. My guess if this does get passed it will only last a few months before congress declare it unconstitutional. Assumeing the Dems and Republicans can get their heads out of their asses and both agree is unconstitutional. So far we don't know if all the votes are for or against the bill, so I wouldn't worry too much.
