I voted for Rotondo because he, Mocheeze and Badspot all desperately need changes.
Rotondo could just be a wee bit faster so he can catch those annoying Runner + Akimbo's.

Runner + Akimbos are very annoying and should not be allowed. They are almost impossible to kill with Badspot or Ephialtes or Rotondo.

I believe if the price of the Akimbo increases, it might make this situation a bit better. 300 points is a bit low, but I am not saying to buff the price through the roof and multiply by say 10. That would be a bit too much, possibly around 800-1k would suffice, I think. Just my two cents.

Akimbo prices have changed a lot, I don't know why they were set to as low as they are now. They used to be 800

I agree. The Guns Akimbo are a stronger type of Minigun that have perfect accuracy that even fast people (Runner + Akimbo is notorious) can use.

Well, I think on average, a player can only get about 500-600 hits of damage using the akimbo + scout combo.

Then again, properly used, it can be a real pain in the ass.

Would be easiest to roll the guns akimbo into an existing or new class or mini-boss. Less variables make balancing easier.

I tried to recreate the same effect, if you fall, then uber, you seem to lose about 50% of the total bar, so if you were under 50%, splat.
