For lazy reasons, I just hope it's option A, since I don't want to re-learn type match-ups.
I'm bad at them anyway.
(I always forget or mix up Dark/Bug/Steel/Poison)

I hope it's C because B would get confusing and it's a bit late in the series for them to support a whole new type.

Edit: It's over, they did a few skits about finding Sylveon's type and "discovered" that it was not Fighting, not Steel, not Poison, and was weak to Rock, weak to Poison, and strong against Ice, so since that doesn't match any pre-existing type we can assume one of the following:

A) There's a new type

B) The type chart is being rearranged

C) They were just fooling around and it's not legitimate

Next week is the X&Y special, and they might be revealing the truth then

i don't want to have to rememorize all the type weaknesses/resistances again.
