Nintendo has made their announcement today, and it's the introduction of a new website called "Gotta Catch 'Em All" after the famous series catchphrase that has recently been finding its way back onto merchandise.

Gotta Catch 'Em All is a sweepstakes website that will be running until the release of X&Y. It can be accessed with the code XY1012. Each Pokeball is opened with a code hidden somewhere around the Pokemon Company's media pages and contains "a Pokémon, a digital gift, and a chance to win" one of the sweepstakes prizes, which include a 3DS XL, copies of X&Y, and X&Y TCG packs. Clicking on Pokeballs that have their code posted will give you a hint to their whereabouts.

If you want to spoil the fun (or just want a chance to grab those glorious goodies as well as some Pokemon ringtones) you can visit the Pokebeach news post and find the currently available codes at the bottom of the box.

Codes that don't work:
X2R4 for Bunnelby
X5H8 for Fennekin
X6P4 for Froakie
X7C9 for Heloptile
Y3S7 for Skiddo
Y4L6 for Skrelp
Y6J5 for Sylveon (TCGO booster pack)

Why don't they work? Do I need something special?

I was entering only the codes from the list, which didn't include the free code. I didn't use it, just some of them weren't working. All the other ones on Pokebeach worked for me.

Super Training allows you to do mini-games to increase EVs

Tyrantrum and Aurorus, evolving from Tyrunt and Amuara, respectively. Aurorus learns Freeze Dry, which is an Ice-type move that can cause freezing and is super effective against Water-type Pokemon.

Also, it has been announced that no Pokemon from Kalos will have Mega Evolutions in X&Y, catching Pokemon will give your Pokemon experience, and Pokemon Centers will have a place to change your clothes.
