It's not a TM, you'll have to breed it from another Pokemon.

There are strategies; you just gotta look for them.
For example, Togepi/Togetic's Serene Grace + Baton Pass could actually be very handy along something like Silver Wind or AncientPower.

You can do plenty, I've been having great fun on wifi with my strategy and have seen a lot of creative ones.

ok i researched a bit online and i have finally devised my own risky yet hilarious strategy: The Double Reacharound. it involves Driftloom and Sableye, then Klefki and Meowstic. for my own sinister needs i am keeping the details confidential. though its actually pretty simple. and also it only works for double battles.

You can do plenty, I've been having great fun on wifi with my strategy and have seen a lot of creative ones.

On that note, I just defeated a player in the top 50 worldwide. Waking up early apparently lines me up to play those in Japan, and wow they're pretty good overall. Got to see what the top of the ELO range is like so hopefully I'll fit in snugly once I climb up there myself.
