I found a Tailow around level 10 that was peaking out of the grass that had Sky Attack as one of it's starting move

Does that make it special?

Why is that though? According to the Bulbapedia, Tailow can only get that move through breeding

Does sneaking up on pokemon sticking out of the tall grass have a chance of that pokemon having special attacks or stats?

Yes, Pokemon sticking out of the grass have special moves they can only learn through breeding and also can have items they wouldn't normally have as well as their hidden ability. In other words, the best way to catch a Pokemon is through finding them that way because there's tons of perks.

I was trying to chain a shiny Pikachu via dexnav to see if it would work but my chain broke around ~20 in that process I found a single Pikachu with reversal and a light orb. I dunno if that's rare or not so idk.

Flatflyer forgot how to peck
:c

-ye-
I called my Wingull "Flats" for 2 reasons alone
1. He flew flat
2. FLATFLYER OOOOOOOO

While we're on the topic of naming pokemon, while it's something i don't usually do, i decided to catch a male Poocheyena and name it Repede, now it's a level 26 Mightyena

Also, secret bases are a bajillion times better now, i love it even though i've only gotten the starter base just recently

Golly, i cant beat Drake.
UUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
his fukin, Kingdra sad.
Any tips?

Strong grass and/or fairy type attacks with a mon that has a high special defense

Or just one shot it with Dual Chop (still went twice, it just beat it in one move) with Mega Sceptile like I did :P

But really a strong Dragon or a Fairy can do it.

Also nope! Grass attacks would only do normal damage so yea, wouldn't really help all that well.

Haha holy stuff, Smogon's brown townysis of Mega Rayquaza deemed it so incredibly strong that it has been banned from Ubers and put in its own tier called "Anything Goes"

But it's a water type! What is this leet-hackery?

Water Dragon, so it cancels out.

While trying to find a good Sandshrew to add to my party and teach Dig to, after 30 something encounters/search levels, i found and caught my first shiny on the first throw with a Great Ball

It's only level 16 while the rest of my party is around 30, but it shouldn't take too long to level up
