I never payed attention in social science anyways.
Now if he fed a kitty to a piranha that is a different story, the press would have a field day because piranhas like to play with their food before the big kill.
The python was quick and painless, much more humane than a piranha.
A kitten is a loving pet. People have cats as pets. They do not loving sell them at "Pet-Co" as snake food. People do not feed cats to anything as the cat is a predatory animal. Kittens are not wild, and do not serve as prey to anything, anywhere. Kittens show fear. Kittens are defenseless, as opposed to an adult cat. This kitten was, in fact, the pet of that owner. The kitten has complete trust / loved the owner. The owner had the kitten eaten by distracting it with calls, such as "Hey (Kitten's Name) c'mere!". I use those calls on the pets I adore.
Basically, you can go forget yourself.
Nobody would care if it wasn't a kitten. Now that it's a kitten, everyone is defending it and yelling at others who didn't care.
We are not inhumane, you are just very sensitive and have bad logic. Do you happen to work for PETA by any chance?
It's funny, I can't possible answer you as you would have to have emotions to care.
