Author Topic: Man feeds live kitten to python. - PART loving TWO.  (Read 62340 times)

you're missing the point, bucko. he bought a loving kitten, dressed it up and fed it to some snake when a dozen mice would've been cheaper and more effective, to put it in robot terms.

in caring people terms, this video is forgeted up as is the lot of you. dear lord
It should be his choice in how much money he wants to spend feeding his pet. I think it shows how much he cares for the snake since he splurged on some premium food for it.

Except that the owner of the kitten had the kitten for the sole purpose of feeding it to his python. It served it's purpose. If he took someone else's kitten it might be different.

The fact that the owner used it for a usually unnatural purpose (how many kittens do you know of that are eaten in the wild by pythons) would still shock many people.

This.

Also cats are a species of animal, not a domesticated thing. If cats were truly only pets, explain that to any major city and its alley cat problem. Also, bobcats and lynxes.

Except house raised cats aren't conditioned to be out in the wild most of the time, and usually aren't in the same area as a python.

You know what's really funny? More people are going crazy over this cat and they probably all forgot about the little girl who got run over by 2 cars in china and no one stopped or cared.

People care more about a kitty than a two year old chinese girl.

I did not hear about that

Shouldn't matter if it is a kitten or not. The intention behind it was for entertainment, and the action itself sadistic. The same would go if it was a mouse.

Many videos of snakes eating other animals are on youtube for entertainment as well, but nobody gets so outraged that news articles are made about it and persuading people to turn the doer in for jail time. They sell mice at stores as pet food for christ's sake!

I did not hear about that

Of course you wouldn't because it's a 2 year old girl, not a 2 month old kitty.

Okay so he was less efficient than he could have been.

Okay so that is a little weird that someone would do that.

Okay, so if I went out and bought a puppy and then proceeded to force it into a slow and painful torturous death and recorded it for the lols, it would be okay because I bought it for that reason?
I didn't hear anything about a girl getting run over, but that's still really sad. :c

Except that nobody knows what the forget you're talking about.

That's because kittens are cute and soft and that girl was just one out of over a billion slants (that is, not white).

Most of those animals are most likely the snake's natural prey anyways

There is no law of nature or otherwise that says this. Your argument is flawed.
agreed

not to mention a rat from a pet store is a pet. a feeder fish from a pet store is a pet. rabbits are pets.
but all also can be food if needed.

cats are no different. just because you choose to not name it dont mean its more worthy of being eaten.
grow up, you animal lovers lol

From a logical standpoint it would be fine, just weird.

Yeah, and they're going to forget about this too soon. Think about it Tony.
