Do you hate me or something? Its just a game bro

You don't have much of an army after your brush with the plague... According to your op
i wasn't even affected by it.

Does it take into account the advantage (or disadvantage depending on circumstances) of troops on horseback, as well as the benefits of having the high ground and fortifications?

Hate you? What gave you that impression? as far as just a game I did say fun, that's the point of a game, right?

My army was halved, yes, however, on the loss of my troops, I immediately started to train more, albeit hastily, and therefore, my thinned ranks should not be culled too badly. I may also add that during all this time, I can very well be training and equipping my men better and better. Not to mention recruiting more of them.

I have to wonder why Nexus hasn't sided with anyone yet, usually he's in the thick of things.

Oh, Mikoyan, can you post your soldier's gear?
buletprofe veste ande guns.

My country has moderately good weapons and armor and a pretty good sized army. As you can tell, I'm not very good with quality of metals.

Oh good, couldn't tell if you were serious or not.

Unforunately, I don't think you can mount people on horses. I think only the computer can do that. I'll try to mount a human on a horse with it. Also, I line of sight up onto hills is restricted, and archers/crossbowman who have the higher ground can fire down upon them. Then again, the real effectiveness of a archer depends on his training and the metal/wood of the arrows/bolts. (Yes, even wood has physical characteristic based on real life: oak, willow, spruce, etc.)

Nasoa will probably use dice...I'm only using Rome total war to illustrate the battles between me and the tribes

Avalonia gives Rossiya Imperii the secret to rust proof metal.

Good grief, do I come across that crazy? Stop me if I start to.

Blast the evil dice. >:(

you can't do everything using dice.

I agree. A lot of strategy and thought could go into a war, only to be thrown away by chance should Naosa just use dice.

Its the only fair way... If there is another way, please share it.

Battle simulators seem pretty fair. The involved vote on a decent simulator, and Naosa punches in the information, and through a complex series of mathematical equations, out comes the winer, along with a neat little list of how many people they lost.

Almost the same as dice, but that sounds like more fun.

Dice involve more of an unknown. Battle calculators/simulators take hard fact and compact it into a legitimate outcome.

to have 200+ people on a df screen at one time would require a megacomputer or something.
i think.
it might be 400+.

Also, yes, there are fortifications that allow people to shoot out of, however, they are not present in arena mode.
