probably going to shut down tomorrow. looking for someone else to takeover as head government. you can:
kick people out of the government
promote lower ranks
form crew
place bounties
clear bounties
place government spawns
*forgive/pardon pirates
*issue attack orders
*issue buster call1
*control of any government facility, and can issue them to be shut down
*appoint non marine nobles (kings) who can then appoint lesser royalty to form a kingdom.

* not done yet
1call upon an admiral or 5 vice admirals to attack an island, and eliminate all threats at any cost.

I will probably put the server back up after explosive damage. i will also have to add sensei student, which will allow a certain skill to be controlled that previously had no use.

I fear that if you leave as being head government my island will be raided..

Are you going to make Haki?  :D
What is Haki? it's not in the dictionary.

What is Haki? it's not in the dictionary.

"Haki" is a power that lies dormant in all the world's creatures... "Presence", "fighting spirit" and "intimidation"... It is not different from the things that humans can naturally sense such as these... 'The act of not doubting'. That is strength!"
                                  — Silvers Rayleigh explaining Haki to Luffy at the start of his training.

It's a One Piece thing. :D

In short, the first type of Haki allows you to sense where people are, their emotions, and strength in comparison to something, the second type allows you to attack through a Devil Fruit user's defense (even logia), and the third can knock out "weak" willed people.
I just use the romanized version of the names: Kenbunshoku, Busoshoku, and Haoshoku.  The english names are stupid.

I would like to apply for Head of Government.

heed

I'll write you more fixes for the game if you go onto the document I sent you and change the text color of every fixed issue green.

So.. Got robbed again. Is there any way to make sure my stuff DOESN'T get stolen when I don't join for a day? OR am I expected to hold all my valuables in my inventory? And i dont feel like wasting the 3 gold I have to make a door EVERY time I want to get inside my house?

Maybe make a door thats lockable and a chance of finding a lockpick in chests?

You just gave me a good idea.

What if pirate rpg used JVS doors, but you can place a lock on them that withstands lockpicking based on the metal it's made of. On the flipside however, there should be a lockpicking skill that if your level is high enough, you can overcome these locks and open said door.

So Heed, you should make lockpicks a fairly common item in chests (15% chance maybe or more) and make them level up the skill in 10% intervals every time you lock pick a door. Additionally, make the lockpick have an 80% chance of being consumed and a 20% chance of being destroyed, so that the person has to go find more.

Because after all, isn't the goal of pirate rpg to make finding treasure a huge priority?

That and combat, but right now all we have made is rowboats so let's just work on treasure for now.

I thought this might help

At least their is some neat coding in there.
The musket increases damage with range.
And the Blunderbuss decreases damage with range.
The pirate bomb has two throwing modes.

No one's going to lockpick when they can just burn the door down.

Looks like you're going to have to use 3 gold every time you want in your house. Tell me, what's more valuable:
The gold, and all the items in your chest, or
3 gold

Edit: Plus, once your building skill gets high enough, it'll be less than 3 gold (eventually)

I like the lockpick idea because what if the person trying to get in also didn't have anything to light the fire with?

Plus I'm sure pirates use doors.

No money = cant protect stuff? I hardly ever get money from chests.

If you don't have any money then how are you going to make a door in the first place?

Crafting? Didn't think this through.

Edit: Found a way to keep people from seeing my chests. <_>

PRPG is cool and all, but there's one thing that irks me (no its not the death penalty)

What I expected

What I got
