The same thing is happening to me, and when it does get all set up, RTB won't sign in.
I thought my computer was out to get me, again, because it seems like whenever I try to do something planned on a game THAT is when it decides not to work, but at least I know I'm not the only one this time

It must be a block land issue. At first, like many times, RTB didn't connect, so I tried to restart. It restarted once, but I had the same problem. I did it again and now it doesn't open. Also, sometimes (Not today) my RTB AND servers list doesn't load. Weird right?

Yea, I finally got it to start up and open the server list, so if you can get your game client to work and start a server I might be able to join
