Narration: Hello, and thank you for looking at this.I was just thinking "Hey, someone should make a empire mod" Now i will begin with telling you what it means.Its kinda like a mini empires thing, with mining and fighting, with bots.From taking your army over to an enemies city, then destroying it, to making truces, and trading spice, and recourse's.And also building cities, gathering supplies, and also... of course being crushed beneath the feet of your enemies.Now, lets start off with the basics...-

Economy:You have an economy, Everything you have revolves around it, the bigger economy the have, the more you have stretching across the lands.When you start, you start off with Only 1 Miner.The miner will go off away from your city, (He will be all naked, the color of his skin depends on the color of your head.)He will go searching for bricks that you plant called Mineral Plants.They are 2x2 Round bricks, and they last for quite some time.When you click on the mineral plants, it tells you how many minerals are left in them, that's right, that means they eventually run out of minerals, and your miners may have to go farther from your city to gather more minerals.The mineral plants start off with 100 minerals, and your miner, grounds 2, and mines 3 minerals. (You receive 3 minerals but your mining recourse looses 5.Your miner has a hammer, when he mines, he hits the rock with the hammer (of course it should not break the rock.)After 50 hits, it is finished mining.Now remember this is kinda like mini empires so your miner is small.Miners can not fight,they just mine.You can upgrade your miners so they mine faster, Such as Hammer takes 50 hits, you upgrade, hammer only need 40 hits to mine.Having a lot of miners is a good thing, the more you have, the more income there is.Now claiming land.Claiming land sounds like something hard to make right? Wrong! it cost 400 recourse's to buy a flag, how ever, you already start with 1 flag. it is a 2x1 Ramp built on top of 1 1x1 round brick.Before you can plant your flag, on the guide, a panel says "Pick your color" it will start off black, SPOILER: Read on across the ('s to skip the spoiler alert. (Black is the color of pirates)  There's a button on the guide that should say "Plant Territory brick"When you click that,you should auto select a 1x1 round brick (That's the pole of the flag), when you plant the brick, a miner will spawn next to your flag (Yep, you remember him right?)Now, your miner will auto go for the closest mineral plant,if there is none, he will stay still (if he has minerals with him , and the mineral plant runs out, he will immediately return the minerals the stay beside flag and if its gone before them he will return to the flag anyways)And your there with your flag, the miner returns the to the territory.



Territory:The territory is really the fun part :D, when you have built your flag, a number of 1x1 bricks will surround it , just about 10 studs away from it. (When territories collide, they stop and halt there and merge into 1 line, the black line).Your territory will only spread threw buildings and construction,and conquering other cities.(If you conquer a merging city, the city lines will still merge, but be there formal flag color, and also the territory line is also the color of your flag/team).If another army inters your territory, it auto alert you about it.Now lets continue with the next tour, Construction.

Construction:One of my favorites, now.You will not be able to choose what buildings are constructed,because your civilians also build there own houses.It takes about 2 minutes for 1 to build its own house.There are some buildings you get to choose to construct.The barracks, the hospital, the factory, the airport, the armory, and then the power plant.(It pumps you 1 mineral every 15 seconds)
A construction specialty.- NASA Program, it constructs NASA buildings in a selected area.Ill  give you a pick to examine what it would look like when constructed-It would take 5 minutes to build, and 2 minutes to build a rocket, 4 minutes to launch.Its sort of a bingo button,Send the rocket into space, they could bring down an alien, to help your forces, with a horse ray gun, (it does'nt turn your enemys into horses, it should be a rescripted one that does 100 damage)They could bring back super minerals (grants you 500 minerals) But thoes should rarely happen.Most of the time it will just send a rocket into space to build a sattelite (model of a carpet, but hovers really high in the air.)You can also launch missiles, to strike the position you choose... (Take 8 minutes).It would also be able to repair sattelite. Cost 100 Minerals. Building sattelite cost 80 minerals.Building rocket cost 200 minerals.

Barracks:The bot facility, its where you make your troops, armed with a rifle. (Its a rocket launcher that fires gun bullets).
It also produces Rocket launcher soldiers (Tiny rocket launcher soldiers).It can create the scout, scouts are fast, and don't have any guns.They can not be detected by territory.
 This is what it looks like.

Hospital:Sometimes your troops will get sick, and there main colored skin will turn light green.They will also start emitter low pain, when it gets worse, the,ll start emitter medium pain, when they get close to death, they emitter high pain.Command them and take them to the hospital (click the hospital door) and they will disapear when they go in.Hospitals also heal them back to 100 health.
The hospital looks like this-

Factory:It produces the tanks, and scout vehicles. (The standard tank, and jeep)

(The Jeep is a fast armored scout unit, it cant be detected by territory, just like scout bot.)

Airport:This produces 1 air unit.It builds a flying jeep vehicle (That just hovers in the air)It should be able to shoot bullets slowly.

Armory: A console pops up telling you about it, it acquires health upgrades, damage upgrades, and armor stats. You can buy better armor for your soldiers Like Leather- Speed=Fast Health=100 LightArmor- Speed=Medium Health=150 Heavyarmor- Speed=Slow Health=200 Juggernaut- Speed=Veryslow Health 300       Leather would cost 50 minerals, light would cost 80, heavy would cost 100, and juggernaught would cost 200. You can customise your army avatars, yet your civilians cloth them self, according to there job.(You can be able to change all avatars for the jobs).Pic of armory-

Power Plant: Ok... a power plant is simple enough, its small, But expensive. it pumps 1 mineral every 10 seconds,giveing you infinite minerals. It cost 300 minerals. Pic-

Civilian jobs- This is just a side dish, to spice your city up a bit.Civilians would walk on the street, all around to get to there job. It benefits you, and them.Every home THEY/YOU build, another person is created.If they have no job they will automaticly become miners.They have there own money as well.Looking at them would tell you there name, there age, there job, and how much money they have.Every time they reach 100 minerals, they will build a home,Expanding your empire all by them selfs, but here's something you might like. Barracks.The barracks actually cost civilians. Leaving the home empty, but giving your city defences.Theres all kinds of jobs.Bots/Workers/Civilians have many choices of building, they all cost 100.A civilian could end up building its own bar, or it could even build a job place.Some may live on the life of becomeing an constructor.Constructors can upgrade buildings. Like a buisness building, starts 1 floor, and goes up 4 floors.It can also repair your buildings too.Police are always needed, Police can be randomly made if someone makes a police department.Police are dressed like military avatar,they have a gun, and they go around and arrest currupted civilians.

Propaganda: your enemy can spread propaganda on a special panel!But dont worry... so can you! it cost 80 minerals.When you spend propaganda, theres a 15% chance one of there citizens will be currupted and attack other of the civilians.

War:Sounds simple?NO!War is pretty much a stragetic mod on its self.After creating a powerful army, you should be able to click your soldiers. Double click the same time of soldier should select all of them. When you select something, you will know because it should show the alarm emote (While they are being controlled). Click again tells them where to go.When leaving territory,it starts costing 10 minerals every 20 seconds... (this does not include miners!)Its because they need supplies sent to them when away from home. When they are in combat, it raises to 15 minerals every 20 seconds. Click once- Command 1 Double Click - command all of the kind of unit he is. Pause Then Click= Sends your soldiers.

Civilians can not be controlled, only militaric units, and heroic.

Heroics: Heros... you can spawn your self at your nearest conquest flag.He should start to emote "Bricks" when he spawns, until YOU click him. (Note, your soldiers can only be controlled by you, unless propaganda).He works just like others, he looks just like you, and you click him, click a destination, to move.Heros have 800 health,and slowly regain it. 1 health every 10 seconds.In/Out combat.
If he dies, your killer will conquer your empire and youll have to start all over.

I like this idea but this is what spore is basscily, you make your civilization, you make your buildings,and then you conquer or ally other empires. (i'm really suprised nobody else has said this yet)

But the bots build there own buildings, homes, basicly randomly generating a mini empires house, while they can also randomly build other stuff, like a police station (High chance), or a bar or something.(Lowers chance of propaganda)
Even thoe you can build some of your military places.

How about, we add special "LOTS" (Scripted Baseplate Bricks) for each building?
You build on those plates, click the plate, in promt press "SAVE" or "USE" and the bots will build it!
It would also be awesome to have variations of different buildings.

Yo bro, im a pro on vce.Its impossible.It may be possible with combination of bot events and vce thoe.
