Should I consider secondary developers?

No, retain the purity. One man, one mod, ein reich!

haha this is going to be so much fun! Everything is falling into place nicely.

huzzah!

I love the development so far.  Good work.

Crime was the thing you really had to get fixed.

And paying back loans if they're there at all. What a bitch it was in CityRP, you couldn't pay your loan back all at once even if you had the money, you ended up having it a set amount per tick and end up paying more interest.

I think with the addition of "subtle" crimes and crimes that drop clues, it's a lot more balanced now. There's incentive to obey the law and punishment for not doing so.

The only debt in the game now is student loans. You can progress to your next education level while working, but you have to pay the debt back before you can enroll again. Paychecks take an interest hit if you have a debt, because there's no reason to pay back the debt for the highest level of education. Paying debt back is done through the bank GUI.

Is this going to be completely unbalanced like all other City RPGs?

So, did you make that mini poll about beta testing just to make our mouths water and to have us beg and plead, or do you actually want us to test?

Is this going to be completely unbalanced like all other City RPGs?
Horribly so.

I was just curious. There's a lot to do and little time to do it in. My brief stint with lots of free time quickly ended, lol

There is reason to pay it back. So you don't get deducted hgngn

What do you mean by unbalanced? Where the game isn't fair for everyone because people have more opportunities than others? That's kinda what living in a city is like so by nature a City RP should be unbalanced. However I'll host a Happy Town RPG with teddy bears and doggies if you like?

I personally think balance will never exist. I'm not directly pointing at CityRPG either, in general, every game tries to balance. Usually it fails, weapons get overpowered or something, but it turns out fun.

Sure, it can be a little unbalanced, but it's fun as forget.

Well, it's an RPG. The purpose is more doing something than shooting each other.

It's not really imbalanced because the people with better stuff probably worked to get it

exactly. In fact, this is a better situation then real life itself.

People start out with equal opportunities, unlike kids born into poverty, or kids with disabilities.

It makes me sad to live in such a world where I thrive while another is suffering. I can't... I just...
