No Crosshair!

Could someone make a mode were you could enable, and disable wether people could use there cross hair or not, without choice? Like in rtb prefs, it would have a choice to turn off peoples crosshairs, and turn them back on?

Crosshair's, I do believe are clientsided.
Meaning that you would need a clientsided addon to do that.

So, someone makes a serverside addon that tells those with the clientside addon not to have crosshairs.

But those who don't have the clientside addon are automatically kicked from the server with a default reason as to why.

That's the only way I see of doing it.

How about it just doesnt allow you to join the server, but instead if you dont have it, it gives a link to it, and if you do, you can join.

I thought there was some gun add-on where when you went into ironsights it disabled your crosshair. I could be mistaken though.

Not truly on par with OP but is it possible to have crosshair in 3rd person with the TGE we're on?
