Star wars announced in 3D

Today I was watching tv anda a commerical came up say star wars in a whole new way 3D. I have never seen star wars so I don't really care but its good to know.

I just saw a commercial today as well.
I don't really care. The whole 3D thing is overrated. Good lord I hope they don't make the Hobbit in 3D. Or at least, I can watch the 2D one on opening night. 3D just lowers the quality.

I think it's dumb. I don't see what is so special about making old movies "3d" and then rereleasing them in theaters as if it is some cool special new movie. It's just dumb cause nothing is really changed at all.
