I don't have the map and I don't feel like finding it then starting up Garry's mod. Just build any section you'd like, but make it showcase lots of stuff. A better map to do would be rp_city18_v1.

Nope. My goal is to make a serious RP mod. After I finish this mod, I may strip it of all of the stuff it has and release it as a modular RP system, but that's far off.

Do you need any help with modeling/scripting? I can make GUIs but there are better people out there.

I have gotten some progress on the build demo.
I will not show it right now as it is barely started and will look bad.

I'de love to participate in the beta test, if you are accepting.

I'd probably just open it as a public server on the beta. I should have written alpha testing, not beta.

I'm glad to say I am helping spy guy work out the interiors in his set.  Do you want them accessible, or should doors not open, and windows only be available for seeing through? 

This sounds a lot like a more future-y version of George Orwell's 1984.
