Maplestory, for example, is less repetitive because it has great updates with a lot of new content and events.

Skate's right, in Maplestory you're just pressing numerous buttons in attempt to kill enemies as fast as you can. The quests are also just grinding in disguise.

in MS you can atleast do minigames and monthly events and such.
and you don't pay money for taking one step

I rarely find those "minigames" to be fun at all. :C

They don't have enough action as PvP and then still the mode feels unbalanced because there are classes which can dish out a lot more dps.
