Da fuq?

I can't tell if you're joking or serious.

Edit:

I just listened to it. It's a bunch of odd high pitched noises. Nothing to worry about.

Someone listen to this and tell me what it is

http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-216

(Scroll down to bottom)

"Compartment 0000456: A fully loaded Glock 19 handgun with a round in the chamber, and one regular flavor Klondike Bar ice cream dessert. The ice cream bar was not melted, cold to the touch and remained so as long as it was in the compartment. It was removed for inspection, and began to melt within 2 minutes. It was placed back in the compartment; the door closed for 3 hours, and then reopened. The ice cream bar was in the same slightly melted state as when it was placed back three hours prior. The ice cream bar was removed, placed in a freezer in the nearby 2nd floor cafeteria for one hour. After one hour it was placed back into the compartment with the handgun and the door closed."

What would you do-oo-oo~, for a Klondike bar?

herobrine, that's called a placebo. you believe it will happen so your mind makes it happen, even no such thing actually occurs.

Dr. Hale hates pink.

Quote
Input: One (1) inkwell filled with metallic-red ink
Setting: 1:1
Output: One inkwell filled with neon-pink ink
Ow. That shade just hurts my eyes. -Dr. Hale
...
Input: A metal-tipped dark-green quill pen
Setting: 1:1
Output: A natural-tipped bright pink quill pen
I hate pink so very much. -Dr. Hale
...
Input: A blank leather-bound diary
Setting: 1:1
Output: A blank leather-bound diary, with the cover now bright pink. Tests show that the cover glows in the absence of light.
I'm tempted to stop now. In all seriousness, I think this machine hates me. -Dr. Hale
...
You know what? Let's just see what happens. -Dr. Hale
Input: The results of all above tests
Setting: Very Fine
Output: A large glass sculpture of a human brain, perched atop a leather-supported paper frame, with the word 'honesty' etched across the surface in seventy-four different languages. The sculpture contained the contents of the ink vials, turned dark pink. The object was broken against the wall by Dr. Hale after removal from the output chamber.
I hate [EXPLETIVES REDACTED] pink! -Dr. Hale

Dr. Saxton Hale to be exact. ZING!

That's awesome.
Pity it has to be so painful.

It's still right where it always was. The link works fine for me. This is a serious question: Where were you both looking? I really want to know.
I was looking here:
SCP: Containment Breach
Download:

Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6pzMh0mNiw

This is a new SCP game still in Alpha. Instead of playing out SCP-087, at least the start plays out as a situation with SCP-173. Can't wait for the final result...

Sorry.

I know this isn't a good excuse, but I have to blame Arvuti for that. I got the download link from his video where I first became aware of the game. I'll edit the post and see if I can tell him to change the video description. I didn't remember doing that.

I love the SCPs, I think they're cool and all. But when you get down to logs and such, it starts sounding kind of stupid. I tried to apply as an editor once, but the process was more steps than it'd be worth to be told "Stop editing my stories! ;~;" and get banned for trying to make things sound as official as possible.

In my mind, although no one can be 100% official, most of the logs and such have people speaking out of tone and being weird. The writers try to make it sound funny I think. But if you think about it overall, how would SCP be trusted to care for all these various things with the level of maturity they present. I know I'm reading too much into it, but I like making stories as logical as possible...

That game is pretty freaky.
