I can't keep up with this topic because its exploded overnight.

But what I will say is you can try to belittle people's reviews of the Blockland forums however you like. There is a concerning amount of bad reviews there (most of them justified) and if you ask around in-game the response isn't appealing either. To make up reasons for why they are wrong is not addressing the situation. Its just ignoring it.

Taking those reviews seriously is what any good administrator would do. Because it means that the service being provided is failing, and that the reputation of the game is affected negatively. This is again an issue that is caused by the "hands off" approach of the current staff.

You can deny this information all you like, but it is staring you right in the face. Maybe you should branch out to some other communities then compare them to here, it'd really open your eyes.
