Tip 7:Haters gonna hate

I don't have asthma, but I'm under the impression that any problems caused by asthma can be overcome with breathing exercises and in emergencies inhalers or whatever.

forget I haven't done any parkour in a while.
Thanks for reminding me to do so.

Not a city dweller. :C

Depending on what triggers the asthma attacks, yes you can combat it by changing your breathing habits while exercising. But if for example your asthma attacks are simply triggered by breathing heavily (as opposed to say temperature triggers), there is nothing reasonable you can really do except use an inhaler. It doesn't just make breathing difficult - it forgets with you hardcore mode. It fills up your throat with mucous and clogs the airway, can cause you to start spitting up mucous and even lead to vomiting on top of not being able to breath. It's loving terrible and untreatable. There is no overcoming it, just coping with it and using an inhaler before you exercise.

For people with asthma the inhaler is a godsend. There are numerous Olympic athletes with asthma, they just regularly puff away before and during training to prevent attacks from happening.

^smart person^

Anyway, I'm not in the city either but I do occasionally have the opportunity to do something fun, nothing impressive, but getting from A to B more quickly and getting a little bit of movement.

i don't get the point of this if i can't be a badass jumping roof to roof and stuff

i'd feel like a friend jumping on pillars and ledges and rolling around on the sidewalk

Well uhhh....jumping roof to roof is a good way to slip and kill yourself.

What's that video with that guy who has a bunch of shots of him going from point a to point b? It was called like "Parkour for real"

Edit: Found it! Watch this, it's a really good video.

freerunning is a physical art

is it possible to parkour with asthma?
yes, I myself have asthma

No matter what you do you will always look like a huge friend doing this. :(
you'll only look like a cigaretteot if you're bad at it; people look like complete cigaretteots wearing all their tool attire and longboarding trying to look like they know they're cool but plenty of people do it anyway

Haha Bisjac is coming into a topic to tell people they're gay without giving a good reason of why they are.
So typical.

I haven't done stuff to get into parkour
oh well, it looks like it's back to climbing small walls and railguards or whatever they're called
