Ban Gultron. Not only did he manage to make our faction's base screwed up, he messed up all my stuff and now he says 'we're moving out'. I can't seem to get him kicked out since I made him Moderator of the faction a few days ago, and now I can't kick him because my rank is too low. Can you edit my faction and ban this moron?

If YOU made the faction then you would be the leader, you would also have a higher rank than anyone. Unless you actually gave your Faction OP to someone else.

Sounds like you're the one who forgeted up. Inviting people to your faction and giving them mod status is dangerous.
