Assuming the bars are divided into blocks of 250 HP, everyone has around 800 health.
Also, it's mainly the fact that he dishes out damage like a farmed PA with a built in 70% cleave, has one of the best stuns in the game, and a good str gain that covers some of the problems you would have as the more typical agility carries. He's an extremely strong hero at many stages of the game and is pretty much the new Morphling we saw in TI2.
He's a carry that functions well with whatever items you give him. The difference is his scales ridiculously well with items compared to someone who's strong early like TA, since her damage is given from static numbers on things like refraction and meld. Unlike some of the other heroes who got buffed really well like Batrider, Treant and Jakiro, Sven is still relevant at all stages unlike those heroes who peak off sooner, and when you can out-crit the hero with the biggest crit in the game, something is wrong.
Don't get me wrong, I loved Sven even before he got his 6.75 buff, but his current state is making the meta extremely predictable and boring like it was during the TI2 where is was constantly Morphling, Naga and Lycan. Hopefully he runs his course and gets beaten back with the nerf stick along with Drow who does 150 damage at level 6 with 2 wraith bands.
