you can literally run the early game without any mana regen items and still use skills for engagements

and if youre jungling you might wanna get your passive first anyways

Not sure yet since I haven't tried jungling with her, but it might be better to go 0/1/0 level 1 and 0/1/1 for level 2. 60 AS is pretty huge.
