lol, that is true in my experience (which is of course limited by your overheating computer, but who cares)

forget this server. You might as well perma me because I'm not coming back. I go into gammaton and shoot 4 windows and derran loving shoots me for no reason and then I get a mob of guns pointed at me. I try to leave and theportalmaster shoots me in the foot and trys to execute me so i get up and try to kill him and I do while I die so does theportalmaster. Then portalmaster whines and said I did it for nothing when he said "we're gonna finish you off you little cunt". Then I get banned by awdax. So just perma me cause I can't RP with cunts like these around in a server. I'm sad cause it was a fun server hosted by great people. blahblahblahcrycrysadstuff.

I only banned you for a day because the situation was ridiculous as it is. They would never had actually player-killed you. When ThePortalMaster was trying to talk to you and you sat down, you did not shoot to miss, scare or injure - you tried to kill him. ThePortalMaster was also in the wrong because of how far he took the situation and tried to kill you as well when you opened fire - even though it may have been self defense. I dealt with him as well.

You're welcome to come back but hopefully everyone involved with this doesn't take anything too far again.

I got kicked and warned for taking the window idea a bit to far, so don't act as if the entire thing went "Unjustified". Also, I tried to immobilize you by shooting you in the foot, not kill you. I wouldn't leave such a great server for one bad experience, anyway.
