It's not the game, it's Arma II.

Most of the houses in Arma II are not able to be entered. Only probably about 1/10 of them have any interior content where the DayZ mod places loot, and even in those areas maybe 1/2 has loot.

If a door is open-able, when you look at it and scroll your middle mouse there should be an option to open door. If there isn't, it's not a house with interior.

God this is why people should buy arma 2 and get used t it first before getting Dayz, there's too many people who just buy dayz and when they play they're like "How shoot gun?" seriously.

Go to CoD please, you do not deserve to play Arma 2 with an attitude like that. This is a slow paced, complex game, not a fast paced shooter where you can go hickory richard straight into the game.
