More like 98% but i have seen some cool guys. One time i was just starting with nothing in elektro and i was running and i saw a guy in the grocery store doorway while i was being chased. He saw me and i saw him but he let me pass seeing i had no weapons and i ran the other way and he didnt get any zombie attention. I also saw 2 other players on the run but didnt have any weapons but they didnt see me.
But seriously there needs to be some penalty for killing a ton of people like reduced damage or less start out items or something

Its just so many people are paranoid. Bandits kill people, those people turn into bandits, etc. the process goes on.
