thoughts?
obviously i wish there wasn't a foot in the way but idk other than that

I think a different positioning and composition of the dog would help the photo, but overall it is pretty good.

I dont know if this fits the photography megathread because there is no ''scenery'' megathread, but tell me your opinion on this setup I did.

I think a different positioning and composition of the dog
Yeah the dog was really hyper though so I couldn't do a whole lot

I'll be getting a Nikon D7100 as a graduation gift, any recommendations on lenses?
I liked using my school's 18-300 lens but those can be pricey as hell.

any recommendations on lenses?
anything specific you want to take pictures of?
portrains, landscapes, wildlife, sports?

Do you live in Miami? A lot of this looks super familiar. Good shots, though.

If you want a good all-around lens, the Nikkor AF-S VR 18-200 is a good bet. I have one, and it's great for distant subjects.

All in one lenses are nice because you can get a wide range of focal distances in one lens, but they tend to be a bit weak in their performance compared to more dedicated lenses, especially in the ends of the range.

I was considering the 18-200 but I decided on a 70-300 vr instead, for about the same amount of money, to expand my telephoto range, and I'll get an 18-100-something later

There's a small statue in my garden, and here's how I decided to edit it:
