1.) Don't bother with commercial urine cleansers.
2.) Drink water.
3.) Take Midol. - increase piss flow.
4.) Take a B-complex multivitamin. - since your pissing alot, your going to lose alot of vitamins. This will be bad, so it could cause suspicion in the tests. This will bring it back up.
5.) Take aspirin. - take 4-6 hours before test.
You'll want to pee at least twice before your test.
