people need to expect any type of criticism despite how long they've been doing it

There ARE RGB values you can look at to see what the values are.
Just because one is colorblind doesn't mean they can't see that there's a ton of green and blue with a color that's supposed to be red.

If the art someone makes has errors don't just tell the artist that its bad. Point out the errors and explain them, and tell the artist how to fix them
