You guys should seriously read the article before being stupid. It retains criminal possession of child research, but if you simply view it, which in loose terms is your browser saving it to your image cache, you cannot be charged for viewing it.
So if any website had one of those automatic videos when you get on the site, and it was child research, New York is now saying it will no longer charge people (who by the way are probably already being charged for some sort of love offender charges), because it has no proof you were viewing the video.
Just one of those things on the internet that can make sense, but wouldn't in reality.
