That may be true, but Torchlight II>Diablo III.
I find Diablo III to be a very good game, and find it hard that Torchlight II beats it.

You do realize that Torchlight II isn't released, right?

You have no place to criticize a game before release, Perfect World is learning from its cons so this could be easily better then Diablo III.

It's all a matter of opinion really, Torchlight 2 is a lot more like Diablo 2 than 3 because most of the blizzard north crew is working on it. If you prefer Diablo 2 to 3 and just want a more updated version of D2 then go ahead and get TL2.

But no game is better than the other, I look forward to getting both of them. Just wait till the price on D3 scales down.

I'm not criticizing it. I just find it hard to believe that a clone of Diablo is going to be better than Diablo.

Torchlight is made by the veterans of Diablo II.
The old developers got kicked out of blizzard because Diablo III looked like crap.

Diablo III may as well not be called Diablo, because it is a mostly if not entirely different game.

The only difference between Diablo III and the other ones is the skill tree. The fact that you have to be online at all times does not change the gameplay of a game.

someone run by me the differences to diablo3

i dont know what one i want, but i do plan to get one of em.
torchlight is cheaper (money doesn't tend to be a problem for you anyway but whatever) you have a pet in torchlight which can sell/buy items for you and learn spells and stuff.
most games in this genre are very similar anyway
I know I plan to buy Torchlight 2 purely based on cost

Pre-ordered Torchlight II, first game is fun, can't wait to see the second one.

I just started installing the beta, even though I promised myself no more betas and skipped over GW2/D3 betas. Whatever.
