jesus christ my friend is handicapped. goes 1/16 soraka, trolls all game. could have EASILY won but no he has to be an idiot.

of course our Darius is also a handicap, using his ult when they have more HP than it deals, so of course his ulti is always on CD when we could have used it for something like ... oh idk getting kills yeah that sounds peachy

also,

I am now confident in become good at vlad so I have some questions;
1. Is he a viable solo top?
2. Ive been starting out with Boots + 3 pots with him, is that good?
3. Ive been building CDRboots -> Will of the Ancients -> Rylais -> Rabadons -> Warmogs, good?
4. How should I level his skills? Ive just been maxxing Q as fast as possible, then E, then W. And leveling ult whenever possible.

Yeah he's great against some solo top match ups and his ult is really useful too. Very good with double AP match ups where you both get will of the ancients
