I've played LOL since Christmas and got a lvl 19 EU nordic n east account named Emoik and a lvl 2 EU west one named the same. My fav lane is bot with ma babe Vayne (with who I got my first penta). Ashe is a lovely adc too. However I've been playing LOTS of arams lately. Seeing I'm quite fresh, playing arams is a good way of getting into the champs imo.

Btw, is there any way of retrieving old game info. Like a game archive. Because I would so dearly share my greatest moments but I can't remember the numbers.

Match history only goes 10 matches back.

As for ARAM, some champs play completely different in that mode. For example, Warwick plays better as AP in ARAM.

seeing someone in game from here is quite rare because of the amount of people that play and that a lot of us play on NA

It's bad enough that people even get that item... let alone on a melee champ...
He was probably getting it on Cait for faster headshots, thinking it would work the same way for his double-strike.

So minor bolts count towards the next headshot, but do they apply it? If so, do they land before or after the actual auto-attack (just in general)

Headshots only apply on the attacked target, because the headshot is technically an on-attack, not an on-hit. This also goes for things like Lulu's Pix, Staatic Shiv, Sheen, Sivir's bouncing blade, and similar effects.
Where things like frost shot, toxic darts, the headshot stacking, and stuff are all on-hit, therefore ruunan's applies them. But it's not really a good item to get because it puts you out of position.

my entire team died except for me, so i had in one of the bushes near their base. they walked past me, marching to our nexus, so i slipped past and started soloing their turrets. I was just about to destroy their nexus (SOLO, mind you) but they destroyed ours first

No offense, but many players have stated that its one of the stufftiest skins available.
