gosh I must be a terrible person.

I think he's finally got it.

hes one of them trendy tools that follow adds they see on tv.

its a shame how stupid consumers really are.

GM is the most successful car company in the world as well.
however its a known fact that all american cars fall short of anything else on earth.

any company can be successful if your target market is handicapped lol

I have a £500 Windows desktop and it's stuff, my Mac is flawless.
common case of doing it wrong
I like things I buy to look nice too, that was another purchase decider.

No idea what any of this is but it hasn't affected the perfect running of my computer so I don't give a forget about it.
you seem like a complete tool so i don't expect you to know what this means
Having better hardware doesn't fix anything if you're running a less stable OS.
OS X has severely limited hardware compared to Windows/Linux which will work with most hardware. Linux is the most stable thing I have ever used.
Macs may not be as good for gaming, but it doesn't mean that they automatically suck.
Who here said they were basing them off of gaming performance?
You're right, I'm the kinda person who buys clothes with labels, pays above the odds for a haircut and drinks coffee in Starbucks whilst working on my Macbook, gosh I must be a terrible person.
you are
Nah, had the Windows desktop ~2 years before, it was crappy about 1 year after that and still is. How I love a BSOD everyday!
another case of doing it wrong

But as I have previously said, Windows 7 is incredibly stable.
Yeah Windows 7 is still a great OS but it will never be as stable as Mac OS X. Isn't it still using a filesystem from 1993?

Value is relative. To people that care about hardware specs Windows machines are a much better value. To people that could care less about hardware and really want programs like GarageBand built in, an overpriced Mac might be worth more to them.

It's not as simple black and white. You need to understand the pros and cons of each system.

trash
That case is so ugly haha, wow. I was into computers when I built my desktop, just not interested in them at all anymore.

Anybody want me to post severe multitasking on my $700 laptop flawlessly?

stuffload of programs, virtual machines and recording with an antivirus updating in the background.
Oh and did i mention the virtual machines have single core windows XP on them? Running a stuff load of videos each?
Oh, the laptop runs flawlessly and mildly warm while doing it too.

ive never blue screened before. other then trying to overclock the computer past +70%, overheated like a boss.
simple solution, i didnt do it again. havent seen a bsod since.

funny how mac users seem to think all windows users see it all the time.
its caused by hardware errors when you swap parts incorrectly or something. it really never happens to people lol

Isn't it still using a filesystem from 1993?
*a filesystem upgraded every version of NT

Mixcraft is $50, there's your windows alternative to Garageband.

just from this post i can tell you're a complete friend whom i shouldn't even waste my time with

Why bother changing if the current FS works fine. Also, changing the FS would make upgrading/downgrading slower and more risk-prone, as well as screwing up multi-booting.

Why, yes, I love paying extra for having Audacity built in!

there are at least 4 free equally as good programs on pc.

you shouldnt pick your computer by what programs you can use lol. because all computers can run all things. it just proves how dumb you are about computers.

You know what? I'll post someone elses video for now, showing his desktop which cost just as much as a mac:

Never had a problem with BSOD until this desktop. It was fine for a year then started dying on me. Upgrading my drivers fixed it for a bit, then the problem came back so I just found Mac equivalents for all the Windows programs I kept my Windows desktop for and just started using my laptop a whole lot more.

last time i went to get my computer fixed at the local computer repair store there was this stupid front desk lady who blamed all the problems i was having with my asus on the fact that it was running windows and wasn't a mac. when i tried to explain to her it wasn't because it was a PC she flipped out and dismissed me saying that she's a "computer expert" and that she knows microsoft software is poorly made and that macs usually last 5x longer or something like that.

she had this stupid slogan of "once you go mac you dont go back" and her desk was cluttered with tons of imac and apple junk (it was all hers or the stores computers)
