Since the eyes are the only part of the Stalker you'll be able to see in the dark, maybe you should give the stalker the ability to close his eyes, at least for a limited time, in order to hide completely (at the expense of being unable to see, of course).

That's a really sweet idea. Perhaps the husks should have a method of hiding too? Running away constantly gets old.

Hiding in crates or cloaking themselves with blankets?

I want this so badly.

genius

Hiding underneath beds and inside kitchen cabinets would be amazing.

This sounds like a good idea. It would definitely require an accurate way to determine what direction sound is coming from though. It could tie in with the focused like blind that husks get. If a stalker "blinks" at the right time when the light is in their eyes they wont be blinded.

Everyone continues to give a ton of random ideas.

I'm pretty sure he wants publicity, not suggestions for improving something that isn't past early development.

JavaScript
you mean java?

because javascript is a web development language :/

Plus if he has done it right, hes already written up and thought of how he wants the gameplay to work.

I have a few game designs that I throw around in my head every so often, and I wouldn't want any help unless it was in a specific case.

I would assume he has more game development knowledge than most of those suggesting things.

Good luck with the work Tom.

Look forward to throwing money in your general direction when I have some kind of income.

Bump because this game looks pretty cool.

Why exactly did you choose to use Unity for the game? Also, the second pic looks a bit odd as the character obstructs the path of light and casts a shadow, but is completely dark himself. Placeholder, I assume?
