I'm in Egypt on holiday and I have limited internet access, are there any games that are really fun and are in offline?
Keep in mind I have one of those USB package things and my dad says I shouldn't game online because it would take to much GB from our package, we already lost 4 GB from our 7 GB package.
Around 3 GB left.

SO WAT GAIM.
Also keep in mind the amount I can afford is 0.00$

Minecraft can be fun in singleplayer. I actually spent more time on it than multiplayer.

New rule: Suggesting MC is going to make me commit Self Delete.
I have MC but to me it is loving boring on single player.

tf2 with bots and HLstats enabled

Quick Question.
Can Cry of Fear work on HL2?

Quick Question.
Can Cry of Fear work on HL2?

Cry of fear is an HL1 mod. You need HL1, not HL2.

Cortex Command
Garry's Mod
Blockland (build sheeit)

and finally
masturbate

Depending on your gaming preference, Slow paced rts games and The sims are what i play when i need specific things to spend time.

Also things such as binding of isaac, dungeons of dredmor, mount and blade warband, sanctum, torchlight, inMomentum, Trackmania, Space pirates and zombies, frozen synapse, legend of grimrock, Things that can go on forever.

For free check out Desktop Dungeons, Lamulana, Nethack, All of KONJAK's stuff and the free demo of Project Zomboid, An Untitled Story, And while you're at his site grab MoneySeize and The Runman games.

Here are a list of free, offline, relatively low system requirement games I have.

[Demo, but still awesome] Kerbal Space Program - Build rockets, blow them up, fly to the moon and such.
Battle for Wesnoth - Neat medieval-fantasy strategy game, leveling up is fun.
Stranded 2 - Survive on an island, and go through a really wacky entertaining storyline.
Scorched 3D - Like worms/tanks, turn-based projectile firing map destroyer.
Spelunky - 2D cave explorer platformer, little tough at first.
SilverKnights - 3D robot fighter.
Powder Toy - Literally, a sandbox, with explosives.
Knytt Stories - Great platformer adventure, sucks when you get lost though.
Mari0 - Portal spin-off of the classic Mario series.
Focus - A super addicting puzzle/action game involving slow-motion rocket dodging.
Against the Wall - Kinda pushing the system requirements, puzzle exploration up a wall.
Cave Story - If you don't have this, shame on you.
[Any emulators that are from your childhood, those are good fun]
Halo 1 - Classic 3D alien shooter, very fun. [Might not be free?]
Toribash - Turn-based fighting game where you control joints, really neat.
Blackshades - Simple bullet-time protect the VIP game.
BrickForce - Blocky shooter.
[Demo] Lugaru - Addicting kung-fu rabbit fighting game.

...I think that's all I have...
